BEGINNER PROGRAM
Let me tell you, I know what you are feeling and how difficult it is to find motivation to start working out if you have been away from it for a while and been stressed out. My main goal with this online beginner course is to help people get the ball rolling or to just get back on track.
This program does not require any equipment and it is just to slowly get into the pace. However, these videos are suitable even for them who wants to add extra workouts to their own gym schedule. But mainly, beginner program is to get familiar with new and exciting movements. The goal is not to do everything perfectly when you start with this program, rather the enjoyment I want to offer you during the training and after.
In the Beginner program, the trainings are short. Why? Because I want You to trick Your brain into the habit of new physical movements. It is far more likely you will continue with your trainings habits, if you start slow & working out every day, even if it is just for 10 minutes.
