In this course, we’ll focus on refining your kickboxing skills while incorporating more intensive workout routines. Utilizing a boxing bag adds an extra layer of excitement to your training sessions. We will use more power in our kicks and punches + the tempo will be slightly more intensive as it was in the Beginner program. 

The combination of high-energy cardio exercises and strength-building movements, this program is designed to keep you engaged and motivated. You’ll experience an adrenaline rush as you progress through dynamic routines and challenging drills.
